Greetings and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Brendan Higginbotham, a driven professional with a versatile background encompassing technical support, entrepreneurship, and quality control.

Currently, I work as a NOC Engineer for a grassroots ISP; this consists of monitoring the overall health of the ISP network, resolving technical issues for end-users, and solving pretty much any task that is assigned through myself or requested from my fellow colleagues.

Beyond my technical expertise, I am also known as Chief Executive Officer of Retrofire LLC, a self-employed startup venture based in the Indiana Tri-State area.
